Internet access “hot spot” devices are available through the Information Services & Technology Department.   

Students may borrow one of these devices under the same procedures as other equipment ( laptops, calculators, etc.) are loaned.   Loans are available to currently enrolled CSU students for four days at a time, and are free of charge – subject to late fines for devices lost or returned late.   Mobile Campus devices are loaned on a “first come – first served” basis.   Loans may be renewed if our inventory of that device type is not all loaned out and no students are waiting for one to become available.

Help Desk support is available 24x7 at 216-687-5050.

The following computer labs will be open at these times:

Berkman Hall - 8:00am - 8:00pm M-F  8:00am – 5:00pm Sat
Student Center - 8:00 am - 8:00 pm M-Thur  8:00am-5:00pm Sat
Monte Ahuja College of Business  7:30am-8pm M-F  8:00am- 5:00pm Sat
Fenn Tower  8:00am – 8:00pm  Every day

Mobile Campus hours:

Monday through Thursday from 8:00am - 8:00pm
Friday and Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm
