Become an Approved Driver

Any CSU community member that intends to drive a Viking Rental Fleet van must become an approved driver by completing a Motor Vehicle Release and an online van safety training course. Select the link below to complete an MVR release through our secure webform or download a PDF form and submit it to transportation@csuohio.edu with a copy of your drivers license. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
