Online Lost Property Reports

To report a lost or stolen CSU Parking Permit, CSU identification card, or university key, please use this link to the Cleveland State University Police Department's reporting system.

In the Reporting Person Information page, please enter your CSU ID in the field labeled "Employee ID".

Please enter as much information about the missing item as possible.

Please enter at least one way for an officer to contact you in case more information is necessary.

Once you have submitted the report, you will see a "View Report" button.  You will be able to print off a copy of the report by clicking this button.
