Ryley received her B.S. in Psychology and Neuroscience at the Ohio State University in December 2024. She is now in graduate school to earn her M.A. and Psy.S. degrees in School Psychology. During her undergraduate studies, Ryley served as a Lead Research Assistant in the Mood and Personality Studies (M.A.P.S.) lab while at Ohio State. Outside of academia, Ryley loves DIY projects, crafts, gardening and true crime documentaries. She is also a cat mom to two Ragdoll kittens, Clancy and Nico. Ryley’s future career goals as a school psychologist are to include a greater population of students in academic and social settings while being culturally and environmentally responsive. She looks forward to working with McNair's scholars and being a part of their academic journeys!

Nate Reymann

Graduate Assistant
Email: mcnairga2@csuohio.edu

Nate graduated from Clemson University in Spring of 2025, and earned a B.A. in History with a minor in Global Black Studies. Growing up in the Cleveland area, the choice to attend Cleveland State was an easy decision. Now, he is in the M.A. History program with the intent to continue on to P.H.D. study with a focus on U.S. Civil Rights history in the near future. Nate spent as much time outside as possible during undergrad, racing both bicycles and sailboats for the University collegiate teams, and travelling across the country for national events year-round. He is very excited to meet you all and do his part in maintaining a fun and productive program.
