What to do if you lose your Viking Card?

Lost or stolen Viking Cards can be deactivated by the cardholder by logging into the Online Card Office. Please make a thorough search for your card. Once the replacement is printed, the original card cannot be reactivated.

  1. There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or stolen Viking Cards. 

  2. At this time, only credit card payments are accepted for payments via ShopNet - here.

  3. Email the ShopNet receipt to the Viking Card Office prior to scheduling your replacement pickup.

  4. Once your card has been reported lost/stolen, you can schedule an appointment to come the Viking Card Office to pick up the replacement. When you schedule the appointment put “Replacement Card” in the comment section.

  5. You must show a current photo ID - a state ID, driver's license, passport, or military ID when getting a replacement Viking Card.

  6. The Viking Card Office is not responsible for any lost funds.
