Curriculog Roles

Curriculog Roles

Curriculog relies on role types and roles to move proposals through the approval process. Users can review assigned roles in user settings within Curriculog. If you have not been assigned a role in Curriculog, you still have access to view and originate proposals.

Updates to roles and committee membership can be sent through the Committee Membership form.

Originator

Faculty member or user that creates curricular proposals in Curriculog.

Committee Chair / Agenda Administrator

The committee chair or delegated administrative representative serve as Agenda Administrators in Curriculog. It is the Agenda Administrator's decision that will move a proposal along in the approval process if approved or back to the originator if rejected.

Committee Member

Members of curriculum committees have access to view and comment on proposals while they are at the committee step. While committee members can record their recommendation for approve or reject as a decision, their decision has no impact on the proposal moving through the approval process.
