As part of our commitment to strengthening Ohio’s manufacturing workforce, Cleveland State University has partnered with Tooling U-SME to deliver comprehensive, interactive training and professional development solutions. Whether you're new to the industry or an experienced professional, these virtual programs offer valuable learning opportunities for all skill levels. Covering everything from foundational topics like measurement and math to advanced concepts in technology and design, the CSU/Tooling U-SME partnership provides results-driven training aligned with today’s most in-demand job roles. Each self-paced online certificate takes approximately three (3) months to complete, allowing learners to advance their skills on a flexible schedule.

Upon completion of the training program, participants earn a verified certificate of completion and a digital badge from Cleveland State University.
