These resources are for those who complete the hiring paperwork for student employees in their departments on campus. The Student Employment Departmental Designee is chosen by the Department Chair. Their responsibilities are listed in the Designee Handbook. The Designee Handbook also has detailed instructions on what paperwork is required to hire and maintain student employees as well as how to complete the paperwork. SUPERVISORS

Each department has a Student Employment Designee who is trained on the hiring process for student employees. This person can assist you with any student employment needs you have. If you do not know who your department's Student Employment Designee is, please email us and we will let you know!
