2018:

Growing up in Elyria, Marsalis was fortunate enough to be surrounded by a strong family and support system. His family encouraged him to attend college and that path led to Cleveland State University. Upon completion of his business degree in Spring 2018, Marsalis hopes to help youth in need of academic encouragement discover their passion for education.

As a Parker Hannifin scholar, Marsalis' says that he has been able to be more involved on campus, working with student government as a representative for the Monte Ahuja College of Business and volunteering with Viking Expeditions on student-led service opportunities.
