For Business and Non-Business Majors Alike
Designed to prepare students for the licensure requirements that all real estate agents in Ohio must complete, the Undergraduate Real Estate and Property Management Certificate prepares students to meet the challenges of a more complex industry with a four-year degree in addition to licensure.
Requirements for Licensure:
The Real Estate and Property Management Certificate meets the education requirements set by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate. Upon completion of the certificate, students will be qualified to sit for the Ohio Real Estate Licensure exam.
- Please meet with an undergraduate business advisor to determine if you require any pre-requisites to the program.
- For both Business and Non-Business Majors, BLW 411 - Business Law and Ethics is a pre-requisite to the program.

A minimum of 15 credit hours is required to earn the certificate.
Current undergraduate students or students with a Bachelor's Degree are eligible to apply for the certificate. Please discuss any program pre-requisites with Business Undergraduate Advising to admission.
