A graduate of The Ohio State University (BA) and Cleveland State University (MPA) Rob has been with the Levin College for over ten years in various roles including Graduate Assistant, Program Coordinator and Center Manager. In his current role, he administers the College’s internship and mentoring programs. His goal is to leverage his relations throughout the region to create experiential learning opportunities for the academic students as well as create strategic partnerships with public sector and nonprofit organizations. In addition to program management, Rob also provides project advising, small group facilitation and strategic planning retreats for many public sector organizations across Northeast Ohio. Most recently, he has been facilitating the LeanOhio Boot Camp program sponsored by the State of Ohio. The LeanOhio Boot Camp is an intensive, weeklong program that focuses on applying lean and six sigma principles to the public sector. Mr. Ziol currently holds a camo belt and a black belt certification.
Prior to joining the Levin College, Rob worked for over 10 years in the private sector in customer service and sales. He draws from his experience in the private sector along with his passion for public administration to help fulfill the College’s mission.
