“My research focuses on the perception of emotional tone of voice during spoken word recognition, and specifically the differences between younger and older adults. The experiments I’m conducting as part of my dissertation, funded in part by a Dissertation Research Award, build on my M.A. thesis, which was published in the Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology*.”
