2009 Undergraduate Summer Research Award Recipients

Award Recipients

Seventy one CSU undergraduate students had the opportunity to work on summer research projects with faculty mentors during Summer 2009. Fifty six proposals were received from five colleges and 38 were funded across 16 departments. Examples of funded proposals included Geo-Narrating Cleveland using Google Earth, Touch-Based Pervasive Computing Exploration, Assessing the Bioavailability of Particulate Phosphorus in the Cuyahoga River , and The Health and Well-being of Elderly Immigrants in Cleveland.

Events

The Provost’s office sponsored a Poster Session for these projects on Thursday, September 3, 2009 from 10:00am – 2:00pm in the CSU Library.
