  • Residence Life Move In, Euclid Commons (EC) and Fenn Tower (FT), 8am-2pm  
     
  • CSU Volleyball Invitational, Woodling Gym, 1:30-3:30pm  
    Be in the stands, make noise and cheer the team to victory. Students, faculty and staff receive FREE admission with Viking ID card.  #GetOnTheShip Go Vikings! 
     
  • Magnus Fest 2018, Wolstein Center (WO), 4-8pm  
    Magnus Fest is CSU's welcome celebration for our first year and transfer students. #CLEstate2022 #ImAViking

  • Women’s Soccer vs. Kent State, Krenzler Field, 1-3pm  
    Students, faculty and staff receive free admission with their Viking ID card. #GetOnTheShip Go Vikings!

  • Tree Top Adventure Registration, 8am  
    Sign-up here orgsync.com/34727/forms/324699 to go on a zip lining adventure with the Campus Activities Board (CAB). Registration opens TODAY but the actual tour is September 8

Monday, August 27 ~ First Day of Weekday Classes

    Pick up campus information, ask some questions, and grab a WOW calendar of events!  
     
  • Welcome Back Vikings, Student Center (SC) Tom and Joanie Adler Atrium/Monte Ahuja College of Business (BU) Atrium/Main Classroom (MC) Atrium, 8am-2pm  
    Come meet the Center for Student Activities and Involvement staff, grab a pastry and learn how you can get involved at CSU outside the classroom!   
     
  • Bingo for Books, Student Center (SC) Tom and Joanie Adler Atrium, 11am-1pm  
    Come play bingo with the Center for Student Activities and Involvement for a chance to win over $1000 in Viking Outfitters bookstore gift cards! This event is only open to students and you must have your Viking ID card to play. Sponsored by Viking Outfitters
     
  • Campus Activities Board Open House (CAB), Student Center (SC), Room 332, 11am-1pm  
    Come meet the Campus Activities Board (CAB). CAB plans close to 100 events a year for CSU Students! Learn how you can get involved in planning some of the best events at CSU!
     
  • Welcome Back Block Party, Trinity Cathedral, 11am-1pm  
    A FREE BBQ for students, faculty and staff. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Come tour Trinity Cathedral and learn about their variety of programs. 
     
  • Education Abroad Walk-in Advising, Main Classroom (MC), Room 412, 1-3pm  
    Come speak with an adviser to find out how you can study abroad as part of your degree as well as familiarize yourself with study abroad options. Hosted by the Center for International Services and Programs
      
  • Field Day: College Edition, Music and Communication (MU) Lawn, 3-6pm  
    Tug of war, 3-legged race, a GIANT inflatable obstacle course and MORE! Campus Activities Board (CAB) will be raffling off awesome prizes and having a blast! FREE with your Viking ID card.

    Join CAB for their annual WOW event there will be music, free food, games and giveaways! Students only, must have Viking ID card.
     
  • Student Government Association Meet and Greet, Student Center (SC), Room 218, 11am-1pm  
    Come learn about the plans SGA has in store for you! Get to know your student representatives and enjoy some yummy food.

  • City is Our Campus Ticket Sale - Cleveland Indians vs. TB Rays, Student Center (SC) Innerlink, 1-2pm  
    Come get your tickets to the Friday August 31st Cleveland Indians game! 2 per Student ID, $9 each. After 1pm, tickets will be sold in SC 319. Must have Viking ID card, you cannot purchase tickets for others and we cannot hold tickets. Faculty and Staff are not eligible for this ticket sale, Viking ID Card must say "student."  Hosted by The City is Our Campus Ticket Program

    Come meet faculty and advisers from the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) and the College of Education and Human Services as well as enter a book raffle and enjoy the light refreshments.
