Claudio Milstein, Ph.D.
Dr. Claudio Milstein is an internationally recognized clinician, scientist, educator and speaker whose work has advanced the diagnosis and treatment of breathing and voice disorders. Born and trained in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he earned a doctorate in Speech Sciences before joining Cleveland Clinic. He has spent more than 25 years asking a simple question: Why do some people continue to suffer when no one can explain why? His innovative work first restored the voices of patients with previously unexplained voice disorders and later advanced care for people with unexplained breathing problems. Dr. Milstein is a full professor of Otolaryngology, author of many scientific publications, invited lecturer in six continents and a featured speaker on NPR and ABC World News among others.
