The Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act [EDGAR Part 86] (DFSCA) requires all colleges and universities to release an annual notification that includes institutional policies, potential legal sanctions and penalties, health risks associated with alcohol and other drugs (AODs), available program options, and disciplinary sanctions for violations of institutional policies.
