Scope of Work: The scope of the project will consist of an interior renovation of an existing stock room located on the third floor of the Science Building to be a state of the art Instructional Instrumentation Lab. Renovations will include new laboratory casework (fixed and moveable), floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, and new lighting. Existing building lab gas, plumbing and electrical (power and data) services will be relocated and extended as required.
Another goal of the project is to increase visibility to the sciences. New windows allowing views from the corridors into the lab may be provided. Select corridor spaces surrounding the instrumentation lab may also receive finish upgrades.
