CSU Dedicates NRP & Millennia Property Management Center, Announces New Property Management Undergraduate ProgramsOn Tuesday, September 20, Cleveland State University’s Monte Ahuja College of Business dedicated the space for the new NRP & Millennia Property Management Center and celebrated the launch of the Bachelor of Business Administration program in Property Management for the Fall 2022 semester. 

The space will serve as a hub for student engagement activities, including employer engagement visits, extracurricular programming, open houses and more.

The new major will prepare graduates for careers in real estate and property management in a variety of industries. Along with the major, the Minor in Property Management and the Certificate in Real Estate & Property Management are available to enhance students’ areas of study and expand their career opportunities.

CSU Dedicates NRP & Millennia Property Management Center, Announces New Property Management Undergraduate Programs“Our community partners, like The NRP Group and The Millennia Companies are very important in helping us to empower students to succeed, gain internships, start careers and obtain upward social mobility,” said CSU president Laura Bloomberg, Ph.D.

The programs are supported by a dedicated undergraduate business advisor and newly-hired professor of practice Alan Schmiedicker, who has over 30 years in the Asset and Property Management industry.

“We are pleased to welcome Alan Schmiedicker to our faculty,” added Monte Ahuja College of Business interim dean, Heidi Hylton Meier, Ph.D. “He brings a wealth of industry experience and field knowledge that will complement the academic curriculum.”

“This partnership with Cleveland State University and The NRP Group provides students with a unique opportunity to gain skills, build a network, and excel in property management,” said Millennia CEO Frank T.
