SI/SR MEP & Facade Work

Scope of Work: This project will be the initial phase of a likely 7 phase MEP replacement strategy to upgrade the Science & Science Research buildings system by system and floor-by-floor where possible, in order to maintain building operation during the renovations. The scope of work will also include a façade assessment, existing conditions evaluations, and building envelope master planning.
