Scope of Work: The 2025 Life Safety, IT, and Security Projects aim to enhance key campus infrastructure, improve safety systems, and modernize building environments. This initiative encompasses critical upgrades to both the Physical Education Building and the Theater Arts Building. The Physical Education Building scope of work includes asbestos abatement and a full renovation of the main lobby. The Theater Arts Building scope of work includes a complete replacement of the outdated fire alarm system.
