Central Garage Repairs

Scope of Work: The Central Garage Restoration project will focus on addressing water infiltration, deteriorating expansion joints, concrete cracking and delamination, corrosion of reinforcing steel, and localized displacement of structural elements. The project will be implemented in phases with portions of the garage remaining open and available for use during construction.
