Scope of Work:  The new Center for Innovation in Medical Professions (CIMP) building is approximately 100,000 GSF and will house the CSU Health and Wellness Clinic, Speech and Hearing Clinic, Audiology labs, Nursing labs, and Occupational Therapy/ Physical Therapy training rooms.  Collaboration space such as Distance Learning rooms, meetings rooms, lounge and quiet study areas, and associated faculty offices will also be provided.  In addition, the Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) will be relocating from the Union Building to CIMP as part of our ongoing partnership.  Due to open Summer 2015.
