Athletics Complex, Phase 1

Scope of Work: Phase I feasibility study will include conceptual designs, renderings and estimating for the new CSU Athletics Complex. Overall project scope includes transforming Woodling Gymnasium into a 2,000-3,500 seat competition venue for men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball as well as creating a new addition to serve as dedicated practice facilities for men’s and women’s basketball and identifying a volleyball practice facility. The project will also include a renovation and expansion of spaces within the Physical Education building to support modern locker rooms, sports medicine & rehabilitation areas, strength & conditioning facilities, and office & academic support spaces.
