Deepen your understanding of human behavior, mental processes and the factors that influence them to prepare for a career in counseling, social work, human resources and research. The minor consists of 21 credit hours.

Engage in faculty research and gain hands-on experience in school-based intervention practices and social competence promotion. Upon graduation, you will be eligible for school psychologist credentials from the Ohio Department of Education and the Nationally Certified School Psychologist designation.

Prepare to excel in the areas of business or social services, or gain the foundational knowledge to continue your studies in a graduate program to become a college professor or clinical psychologist. Learn to apply a broad range of psychological concepts that describe and explain the thoughts, emotions and behaviors of humans and animals, apply basic statistical concepts, create psychological research designs and evaluate psychological research.

Format: On Campus

Focus on research design, analysis and substantive research areas within psychological science. Engage in individual research experiences culminating in the completion of a master's thesis, to develop expertise in a specific research area. Faculty expertise in this program spans memory processes, decision-making, perception, language processes, human performances, motor control and research methodology.

Public Administration, Accelerated Master's BA/MPA
Public Administration, Accelerated Master's BA/MPA

Format: On Campus

Earn your undergraduate and graduate degrees in public administration in just five years (depending on your course load). Develop skills in legal research, analysis and writing, as well as policy analysis, strategic planning and public management to prepare for a career in government, nonprofit organizations and the legal field.
