Prepare for a faculty position in teaching and research at two-year and four-year institutions of higher education or for a research position at a research institute. The program is offered jointly by Cleveland State University and the University of Akron.

Become an expert in chemical engineering. With a focus on advanced research, you'll engage in faculty-sponsored research projects and publish your findings. Pursue a personalized course of study through thesis, project or course-only options, providing flexibility for your research and academic pursuits.
