Become a health and wellness coach who utilizes a patient-centered approach. Learn the foundational knowledge to facilitate healthy behavior change, including communication, ethical practices, disease management and healing for better health. The certificate program consists of 18 credit hours, including a three-credit practicum experience with a practicing health coach.
