Become a successful professional in the dynamic business world. With a combination of core business courses, practical business experiences and a flexible curriculum, you???ll have the flexibility to customize your education to suit your interests. Develop essential competencies in areas such as management, marketing, operations and communication.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of environmental concepts and challenges. Engage in core courses in topics such as environmental physics, general chemistry and introductory biology, and customize your education with tracks in environmental technology, physical science, biology, planning or education. Apply skills through hands-on learning in laboratory experiences and independent study.

This program is available for educators who have already completed a master's degree and have two years of experience teaching under a valid professional license. Once you complete the program and pass the Ohio Assessment for Educators, you will receive CSU's endorsement for principal licensure. The program is 22 credits, totaling 16 months and is delivered primarily online with a face-to-face meeting on the first Saturday of each course.

Explore various aspects of film and media through theory, history and criticism, as well as screenwriting, non-fiction filmmaking, experimental and interactive forms. The development of communication and storytelling aesthetics will prepare you for a variety of careers in the industry.

Designed for educators who have Master's degrees in areas other than Educational Leadership, this program provides a fast track and convenient pathway to principal's license.
