In June 2015, President Berkman established a project team to provide recommendations and to help implement solutions to ensure both the near- and long-term health of the University. The team was tasked with launching an 18-month project called the Pathway to 2020, a comprehensive review of CSU’s operations. Reporting to Dr. Berkman, the project team transitioned into a permanent role in 2017, becoming the Office of Performance Management.
The Office of Performance Management is available to assist with any special projects on campus, specifically those that cross division lines, include investment resources, or focus on efficiencies. The office is tasked with routine reporting, one-time reviews, and management oversight for special projects.
