Do you ever feel overwhelmed?
Do you ever feel like life’s challenges are too much to handle?
Do you or a friend often feel down or like you’ve recently lost interest in things you used to enjoy?
One in five American adults experience a mental health issue, but less than 25% of them receive treatment.
Achieving and maintaining positive mental health and well-being allows us to better cope with life’s challenges, be more successful at work or in the classroom, improve our personal relationships and maximize our full potential.
Come to the “Strengthen Your Mental Health” presentation to learn how we can build a community that reaches out, supports each other and works together to improve mental health and well-being.
Support services for CSU faculty, staff, family members and students will be available at the event.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend.
