Cleveland State University is pleased to announce the creation of a new publicly accessible Faculty Expertise Database. Users can search the database (http://expertise.csuohio.edu) by the researcher's name or department, or by area of research using keywords.
CSU's new Faculty Expertise Database searches every college and department in the university to provide users with easy-to find information about the university's faculty. The new database was developed by the Office of Research and is expected to increase the public's accessibility to CSU expertise, help to foster new research collaborations, and improve contacts with potential research sponsors. In addition, students can search the database to identify faculty with whom they would like to conduct research, allowing for a better match between students' and faculty members' research interests, resulting in a truly engaged learning experience.
