Event will provide information on careers in public service
Cleveland State University’s Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs is hosting a Conference and Career Fair created to inspire students to pursue degree programs and careers in public service, nonprofit management, local government, urban planning, environmental sustainability, and the private sector. Additionally, students will be offered interactive career resources.
The event will be held on March 27 from at 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs, at 1717 Euclid Avenue. The program is free and open to all CSU students but registration is required.
Students will be offered the opportunity to have their headshots taken for free during an allotted time as well as given brief presentations on degree programs and courses offered within the Levin College. Interactive career resources include a networking lunch, keynote address from a Levin College graduate, an alumni panel discussion and a career fair to end the day. Other resources available will include resume reviews and mock interviews.
