Area mayors discuss state of the region at CSU, Nov. 5

The Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University will host a community discussion with local mayors on Monday, November 5. The event will focus on the current state of the region and what public policies and economic investment initiatives are needed to enhance future development. It is part of the Levin College’s Monday Morning Briefing series, which presents panel discussions on key issues facing the region with local policy makers. The discussion is being held in partnership with the Cuyahoga County Mayors & City Managers Association. 

The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Levin College’s Bonda Room (Room 254) on the CSU campus. It is free and open to the public. Register for the event.

The panel will include Chase Ritenauer, mayor of Lorain and chairman of the Northeast Ohio Mayors and Managers Association, Susan Renda, mayor of Moreland Hills and president of the Cuyahoga County Mayors & City Managers Association, Maple Heights Mayor Annette Blackwell, Mentor City Manager Ken Filipiak, and Aurora Mayor Ann Womer-Benjamin.
