Cleveland State University’s Department of Theatre and Dance, a Resident Company of Playhouse Square, will receive scholarship support from Cleveland Play House (CPH) through the sale of discounted, $20 benefit tickets to their Dec. 15, 2:30 p.m. performance of “A Christmas Story” at the Allen Theatre.
"A Christmas Story" – Sunday, Dec. 15 at 2:30 p.m.
He’s back! One boy. One holiday wish. And a world that seems to be conspiring to make certain it doesn’t come true. The record-breaking show returns to the CPH stage in all its pink-bunny-suit, glowing-leg-lamp, triple-dog-daring glory. The perfect holiday treat for the entire family.
Proceeds from the sale of these $20 Benefit tickets will fund scholarships for CSU Theatre and Dance Department students. The tickets may be purchased by phone at 216.241.6000, online at playhousesquare.org or in person at the State Theatre Ticket Office, located at 1519 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland. Patrons should use code BENCSU when buying, and the $20 tickets (over half-off the regular CPH price) are only available for the Dec. 15, 2019, 2:30 p.m. Cleveland Play House performance of “A Christmas Story.” All Cleveland Play House performances take place in the Allen Theatre Complex at Playhouse Square.
