West Center

General Information

The CSU West Center provides an excellent learning environment for all students and faculty. Staff are available to assist you with questions about CSU, degree programs and the application process.

The University Library provides delivery of library books for all CSU students and faculty. Visit the University Library web site for more information.

Library books from the CSU Library can be delivered to/dropped off at the West Center. This is how it works:

  • Visit http://scholar.csuohio.edu to search for books

  • If the book(s) is available click on "request."

  • Fill in all the required information and choose West Center as the pick-up location.

  • You will receive an email confirmation from the CSU Library.

  • Your book(s) should arrive at the West Center within 48-72 hours-business days. Not on Fridays.*

  • Bring your Viking Card (CSU ID) to Room 312 of the West Center to pick up your book.

Project 60
The West Center offers registration assistance for Project 60, on the Friday prior to each semester. For more information, please click here.

Student Lounge
The student lounge offers students an area to study or just enjoy a beverage or snack from a variety of vending machines.

Viking Card (CSU ID)
The Viking Card is provided to every student enrolled at Cleveland State University. To receive a Viking Card at the West Center, have your picture taken in Room 312. Once students complete the Viking Card form and verify identification and class schedule, both the form and photo will be submitted to the Viking Card Office. Your Viking Card will be available for pick up in Room 312 at the West Center within two weeks.

As a Cleveland State student, you have access to the CampusNet system. It is your online source to:

  • Add and Drop classes
  • View and Print your Class Schedule
  • Manage your Student Account
  • Request Transcripts
  • Forward your Campus Email
  • View Grades
  • Alert System

To login into CampusNet, students will need their CSU ID number and CampusNet Password. Click Here.

Free parking is available at West Center.

Weather Closing Information
If CSU's main campus has cancelled classes due to weather, West Center will also cancel classes.
