Primary developer of the Nautica complex on the Cuyahoga River's west bank, Jeff has interests in historic preservation as well. His first major venture was rehabilitation the Lorenzo Carter building in the Warehouse District, and he is presently involved with plans for the Powerhouse. Prior to Nautica's inception, Jeff served as state representative from Bay Village.
