Candi Clouse is the Program Manager in the Center for Economic Development at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. Dr. Clouse concentrates on economic impact modeling, anchor-based development, data analysis, and industry research.

Previously, Dr. Clouse worked for CB Richard Ellis, the world's largest commercial real estate firm in marketing and data analysis. Prior to that, Dr. Clouse worked in the nonprofit sector on projects from special event planning to government reporting and analysis.

Dr. Clouse received her Master's of Science and Ph.D. degrees in Urban Studies with a focus on economic development from Cleveland State University. She received her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University. She is a member of the Urban Affairs Association and serves on Levin College's Diversity and Marketing Committees. She is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha, the global honor society for Public Affairs & Administration, and is a lifetime member of Alpha Phi Omega, the Girl Scouts, and Sigma Kappa.
