If you're a returning student, you might be looking for a Budget Payment Plan application. You can now apply on-line through CampusNet. Make your initial payment, then click on the Account tab and then the Payment Plan tab in CampusNet.
Students who are eligible for an Employer Reimbursement Payment Plan should make their first payment and then enroll on-line for the regular Budget Payment Plan. When your first payment and employer verification document is received, we'll convert your plan for you. Please be aware that you may incur late fees if your employer verification is not received timely. Late fees are not refundable. Your final payment will be due 21 days after the last day of instruction. Employer verification letters must be dated after:
- July 1 for the Fall semester
- December 1 for the Spring semester
- April 1 for the Summer semester
Veteran students who are eligible for a VA Payment Plan should complete the on-line application also. When your certification is verified by the Financial Aid Office, we will be notified and your payment plan will be converted to a VA Payment Plan. Your final payment will be due with the last billing date for each term (April 8, 2013 for Spring; July 8, 2013 for Summer). An application must be completed and your certification documents submitted EVERY semester.
Third Party Billing
If your employer wants to receive the bill for your educational expenses please complete the appropriate form and submit it no later than the first day of the academic semester. Our office MUST be notified of changes to your academic schedule. Failure to submit your documents timely or to notify us of changes to your schedule may result in late fees being assessed.
