The College of Sciences and Health Professions is partnering with Sherwin-Williams, a Cleveland-based Fortune 500 company, to offer the first Sherwin-Williams Research & Development University Expo here at CSU. The event is scheduled for Friday, February 20, 2015, from 1:30 – 4:00 p.m. in SR 152 and the first-floor Atrium. During the Expo, representatives from all five of S-W’s divisions will be here to talk about job opportunities at their companies. There will be rotating 15-minute presentations in SR 152 to present some of the R&D opportunities available at S-W, opportunities that the company hires for throughout the academic year. Below is the text of their flier, which will be available on the College’s website & Facebook page and at the Advising Center.
There is no charge to attend, but we would expect that attendees would dress professionally and even bring copies of resumes in case mutual interest arises during the afternoon. We hope that this is the first of regular interactions with S-W as the College promotes its students as a desirable workforce population for this and other companies.
