Many changes are going on in Psychology Department leadership:
Congratulations to Dr. Kathy McNamara, who is “stepping up” from Chair of the Department of Psychology into a new role as an Associate Dean of the College of Sciences and Health Professions. We are grateful to Dr. McNamara for more than 5 years of excellent service to the Department of Psychology as the Department Chair. We wish her much success in her new role as Associate Dean. She plans to continue to teach in the School Psychology program.
Dr. Rakos, to whom we are grateful for his 37 years of service as a faculty member in the Department of Psychology, has recently announced his retirement from many years in the Associate Dean position.
Meanwhile, Dr. Michael Horvath has graciously agreed to take on the role of Interim Department Chair.
