Brigette L. Culliver (UHF Director), M.A. CCC-SLP, has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for the past 19 years. In addition to being the UHF Director, she is also the Clinic Administrator in the Speech and Hearing Program at Cleveland State University. Ms. Culliver worked in the greater Cleveland area in the public school system with preschool children with disabilities and with individuals with Augmentative and Alternative Communication needs.
Tosha Studmire (UHF Program Coordinator) has been affiliated with Cleveland State University since a young child. With her grandparents, father, mother, and sisters all attending the college, CSU was definitley on her list of prospective schools. Years later, she is now an alumnus of CSU - holding a Bachelor's of Health Sciences in Community Health. In Spring of 2018, she will have completed her MBA. She has previously worked in the Minority Men's Health Center at Cleveland Clinic and currently volunteers as a Healt Impact Team Member at United Way.
Phil Welsh (UHF Graduate Assistant) is a speech-language pathology graduate student. He lives in Lakewood with his wife, 14 year old daughter and two year old son. He attended Tri-C where he completed an Associates of Liberal Arts and transferred to CSU to complete a Bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing science.
