If students have academic issues related to remote learning, they should contact their professor. If they are unable to connect with their faculty member, each college has designated a representative who will be available to provide academic assistance.   • The Campus Police Department is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week and can be reached at 216-687-2020. 
  • Officers will continue to patrol the campus on foot, horseback, bicycle, motorcycle and in vehicles.

Dining locations will be closed Thursday, Nov. 26-Saturday, Nov. 28, for the Thanksgiving holiday with Viking Marketplace reopening again Sunday at 10 a.m.

  • Enhanced cleaning/disinfecting of all buildings and classrooms will take place with continued focus on high-touch areas. 
  • Grounds and Buildings crew will be onsite.

Health and Wellness 

As of August 3, 2020, we are open to provide health care for a limited number of patients both in-person and remotely. More appointments will be available after August 17, 2020. As our appointment slots are limited, physical exam appointments will be restricted to those students who have the Student Health Insurance or no other insurance until further notice. Please call our offices at 216-687-3649 for more information.

We will be prioritizing seeing those students or employees who are taking classes or working on campus who:

  1. Might have COVID symptoms and need COVID testing. Please quarantine yourself until we see you and you get your test results back.
  2. Have been notified that they are a direct contact of someone who has COVID and needs testing. Please maintain your quarantine until we test you and you get your test results back.
  3. Have the Student Health Insurance, no insurance, live in the residence halls or are health care or education students needing things for their programs.

We will be continuing to offer CSU telehealth visits at no cost to you. Please call us at 216-687-3649 between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We will update this information as needed.

Law Library:​​​​​​​

  • For Fall Semester, the Law Library will be open from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday, to current students, faculty and staff only. Safety protocols will be in place, including reduced occupancy that will be monitored. Entrance to the library will be by CSU ID swipe-card access only. Reference and research assistance will be offered remotely. The library’s computer lab will be open with reduced capacity to allow physical distancing.

  • We aren't on campus, but we are still here for you! The Women's Center has a semester full of engaging virtual programs and services planned. Please visit for detailed information.   • Disability Services' on-campus offices are operating remotely until further notice.
  • Testing Services is restricted to proctoring exams for students approved for testing accommodations through ODS and OIE, and who are enrolled in face-to-face courses. Viking Cards
  • For the week of August 31, the Viking Card office in Berkman Hall, Room 112, will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., for students to get their Viking Card IDs. 
  • Physical distancing will be enforced in queueing and students may be asked to come back at another time to limit lines.
