Your application is not complete without the $25 application fee. You will have the opportunity to pay the fee online after you submit the application. The $25 application fee is non-refundable. If you are a Spring 2022 resident, you are not required to pay the $25 application fee.

An accommodation is reserved only upon execution of the housing contract by all parties.
