Housing Contract

The Housing Contract is a legal agreement between a student and the Euclid Avenue Development Corporation on behalf of Cleveland State University.

It is the student’s responsibility to do the following before signing any Housing Contract:

Carefully read the entire Housing Contract to understand what they are signing.
Review their financial resources to make sure they have the appropriate funding.
Understand that no release from the contract obligation will be given after the Housing Contract is signed and the applicable Housing Contract cancellation deadline has passed, except as provided in this Housing Contract.
