Eating Well for Your Heart and Soul
Love is in the air! Learn the basics on how to eat a heart healthy diet just in time before Valentine's day. This workshop will focus on the effects of sodium on the body and how you can reduce the amount of sodium you consume through the DASH diet. We will offer suggestions on how to make some easy swaps that will keep your heart healthy! We will also provide some recipes that can be made with your significant other or loved one for a Valentine's Day dinner!

What's On Your Plate?
It is National Nutrition Month! This is agreat time to reflect on your eating habits and diet patterns. This workshop will focus on MyPlate and the recommended amounts of food that you should be aiming for in each meal. We will also help you calculate your target needs for protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Put your best fork forward and make small changes to improve your health for a lifetime!
