Have you ever wanted to fix up your nutrition, but didn't know where to start? Or have you ever tried to make a lifestyle change, just to lose motivation and fall off track? Join Kristen Soinski, Graduate Supervisor of Fitness and Wellness, for 30 days of nutrition education to learn how to fuel your body and make those habits last long term. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, and everything in between, this challenge is for you. We will meet weekly via Zoom for an educational workshop, along with weekly checkins with your coach Kristen!
