Boxing Boot Camp

Add this high energy Boxing Bootcamp class to your weekly routine.  This is a full-body workout that combines boxing with bootcamp.   Participants will move through 3-minute rounds of boxing and strength and agility movements for a circuit training style workout.  It’s cardio.  It’s strength and conditioning.  It’s one AWESOME workout. 

Days:  Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:30p.m.
Dates:  January 27-February 21st 
Location:  CSU Rec, 3rd floor boxing circuit area
