As the University changes, making adjustments to our Network Printer Fleet is necessary. Should the need arise to Move, Add, Change, or Delete a printer from your area, a MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) form must be completed and submitted for review.
The easiest and fastest was to do this is to log into Easy.csuohio.edu. You will see the Portal below.
Under Orders and Requests, click on Xerox. There is no charge for this unless you are requesting that a large printer be moved in which case a moving charge from Xerox may occur. Once complete, the request will be analyzed by the Xerox account team and you will be contacted.
