Virtual Permit Refund Procedure:
This form is required for all individuals requesting an annual or semester virtual permit refund. This form can only be used for virtual permit refunds. Physical permits (hangtags) must be returned in person to the Parking Office (2402 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115).
The proration of all semester permits will begin on the first Monday of a new term. A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Semester permit refund requests may be submitted through the withdrawal date, as is defined in the University’s Official Academic Calendar. Refund requests submitted after the withdrawal date must be approved by the Director of Parking Services.
Annual permit refunds are prorated starting on August 2nd. Annual permits purchased via cash/credit will receive a refund from Treasury Services. A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.
