The Board of Trustees has passed a policy that provides for the drafting and approval of University policies.  To supplement the policy, the Office of University Compliance has developed guidance that will help you determine if a policy is needed and provides additional details on the process.  Bear in mind that the policy development process takes considerable time and that the State of Ohio requires a very specific format.  You can contact our office anytime with questions.
