Location:  Health & Wellness Services in Room 205 at the Center for Innovation in Medical Professions (2112 Euclid Avenue).
Dates: Tuesdays by appointment only.

Booster available

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has updated the recommendations for booster vaccines, "Everyone ages 16 and older can get a booster shot" (2021). 

Location:  Health & Wellness Services in Room 205 at the Center for Innovation in Medical Professions (2112 Euclid Avenue).
Dates: Wednesdays by appointment.
Time: 9a- 12:15p (12:30p-1:30p closed for lunch) resumes at 1:40p-3:45p.

You must meet the following guidelines per the CDC, to be eligible for a booster: 

If you received Pfizer-BioNTech

Who should get a booster:
• 
Adults 18 years and older
When to get a booster:
• 
At least 6 months after completing your primary COVID-19 series
Which booster should you get?
• Teens 16-17 years old can get a Pfizer-BioNTech COVIC-19 vaccine booster shot.
• Adults 18 years and older can get any of the COVID-19 vaccines authorized in the United States.

If you received Moderna

Who should get a booster:
• Adults 18 years and older
When to get a booster:
• At least 6 months after completing your primary COVID-19 series
Which booster should you get?
Adults 18 years and older can get any of the COVID-19 vaccines authorized in the United States.

If you received Johnson & Johnson Janssen

Who should get a booster:
• Adults 18 years and older
When to get a booster:
• At least 2 months after completing your primary series
Which booster should you get?
• Any of the COVID-19 vaccines authorized in the United States.

Please note:  

  • Must bring your CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record card to their appointment 
  • If no vaccination record health and wellness will not administer the vaccine…no exceptions.  
  • If card is lost, please contact your vaccination provider directly to access your vaccination record prior to your appointment time. 
COVID Testing

Location: Health & Wellness Services, 1st floor behind the stairs at the Center for Innovation in Medical Professions (2112 Euclid Avenue).
Time: 8:30a.m - 3:45p.m.
Days: Monday-Friday. 
*Results are available in 15 minutes. Testing is free and open to all members of the CSU community.
